But as with our computers, we have to remove old programs, before we can install the new, better aligned frequenties. It is an inner job. Changing of frequencies, will make your heart be more aligned with all. And your inner “computer” will run like magic, and happier then ever before. Gaia is changing

Last week I was having a great walk and talk with a special friend Sander. We were enjoying nature and the peace and harmony of the forest. My “office” as I call the forest😊🌳. We sat down at my favorite powerplace and were just talking about systems that are going to FALL OVER AND COLLAPSE, for Gaia is done with it….amazing thing happened right at that time, this huge Beech tree cracked and fell over with a big CRACK BANG noise, shaking earth!!! We could see it fall over into the forest!! Wow an amazing way of confirming from mother nature. GAIA is changing and wants change. It felt great to see this huge tree fall🌳. Change is inevitable. We are the change upon our earth. We love nature and our own nature 🌍🕉🌈🌲. Much love to all, Esnadi

THIS TIP CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Mindfullness, really means; are you aware of this moment in the NOW, that is going on in your mind? For instance, are you aware of when you speak you are using the word “PROBLEM”?
For when you are aware of it, you can easily change that word into: CHALLENGE. And that way you are already creating something totally different and as you have called it a “problem” will go!
