Mindfullness, really means; are you aware of this moment in the NOW, that is going on in your mind? For instance, are you aware of when you speak you are using the word “PROBLEM”?
For when you are aware of it, you can easily change that word into: CHALLENGE. And that way you are already creating something totally different and as you have called it a “problem” will go! For we only have challenges to let us grow. And so this simple WORDCHANGE can give you already a very different lifechanging outcome! Try it
