Part 1: THE ORIGEN OF AYURVEDA:
Ayurveda health care is an eternally old holistic widom attuned with nature and the elements. This means that it is a medical way that sees body, mind and soul as a whole and not as a separate component. The word holistic comes from the Greek word ‘holos’ which means the whole. In a holistic way of healing, the entire individual is involved at all levels.
The meaning of the word ayurveda comes from the two words, Ayur = life or vitality, Veda = knowledge / insight / knowledge or science. All this has been obtained by wise seers (rishis), about the truth of the soul and the cosmos.
Thus every substance or substance that you find in the universe (macrocosm) can also be found in our body (microcosm). To understand our body, we also learn to understand the macrocosm, we are a reflection of nature, We are nature. This explains our close relationship with nature, a fundamental system of elements.

The forest is very colorful at the moment, the fall of all variations of leaves is amazing. A pleasure for the eye to enjoy. The different sort of orange to greens, reds and browns, very beautiful. As I was connecting with this beautiful GODDESS OF THE FOREST, the beech tree, she was giving me many messages and love. As the tree invited me to sit with her, I sat down, on the seat that she made with her roots. Writing down what was shared, while the sun light was beaming upon us🕯🙏🌳.

Something amazing happened while doing the rituals at the transformational fire. A whole swarm of Crows was encircleling the house first, then made a sudden turn facing our direction. The quick formation of a TRIANGLE SHAPE was made and flew right above us and the fire! Adding in their energy 😁❤ and sending the message of trinity. It was amazing and so heartfelt! I do see much of this happening in the sky and with birds or any animal giving messages. And also many clouds formations in many shapes. Just wanted to share this with you, and love to hear your amazing stories🕊🦅🐾🌥🌞
