Ik was verbaasd dat ik in 2002 uitgezaaide (borst)kanker kreeg, hoe kon mijn lichaam mij zo in de steek laten? Mijn zoektocht naar gezondheid, harmonie en gelukzaligheid begon toen. Nadat ik de allopathische manieren van behandelen had doorstaan, kon ik beginnen met schonen. Op alle gebied kwam ik erachter, dat het samenhangt, je lichaam, je gedachten en je zielsplan. Eén ding was zeker, ik ging er alles aan doen, om mij supergezond op al die vlakken te voelen.
Ik begon in 2003 met de ademhalingscursus, toen met Ayurvedische yoga en meditatie, vervolgens deed het mij zo goed, dat ik klaar was om mijn lichaam te optimaliseren. Ik ging ayurvedische voedingsleer studeren in Nederland en alles wat ik leerde paste ik op mezelf toe. Met hulp van ayurvedische artsen en practitioners, jaarlijkse diepziel retraites, intense detox, yoga en meditatie leer en vele spirituele cursussen, ging ik er helemaal voor.
Binnen 1 jaar, in 2009 verloor ik mijn overtollige gewicht, de 26 kg die niet bij mijn constitutie hoorde. Ik kreeg weer energie, werd vrolijker, genoot weer van de dingen in het leven. Met mijn enthousiaste manier van ervaringen opdoen, groeide ik meer en meer in een mens wat zichzelf weer gevonden had. I Restored my life! Dit kan dus, ik wilde dat, vanuit mijn vrije wil ervaren. Ik voelde sterk dat ik nog een lang en gelukkig leven voor de boeg heb en het mogelijk is mijzelf te helen.
Toen de eerste basis gelegd was, was ik zo gefascineerd door de kracht van ayurveda, dat ik het verder wilde delen, zo ontstond mijn eigen bedrijf, RESTORE YOUR LIFE. Mijn logo laat zien, dat ik de uitdagende weg naar binnen ging en bij het oranje deel uitkwam, bij mijn hart en ziel. Vanuit daar vond ik rust en maakte de verbinding weer met mijn hogere zelf en het Universum.
Mijn nieuwsgierigheid groeide en zo wilde ook alles weten over ziekteprocessen, waarom we dat aantrekken en creëren? Ik ging de ayurvedische practitioner opleiding bij Eisra studeren voor 5 jaar. Daar werd mij nog meer duidelijk, hoe het met elkaar samenwerkt. Tegelijkertijd ben ik zelf met een coach, diepziel gaan duiken. Mijn emoties bekeken en omarmt, de weg naar binnen ingeslagen en mijn hart weer volledig geopend! I reunited with my true self! Als vanzelf kregen mijn zielenpad en dromen ruimte en ging ik steeds meer mensen om mij heen ondersteunen met dit zelfde ontwakingspad.
Uiteindelijk kwam ik er dus achter, dat niet mijn lichaam mij in de steek had gelaten, maar dat ik het ‘zelf’ was. Nu weet ik weer, hoe je “leven vanuit je hart en in verbinding met al dat is”, kunt ervaren.
Deze opgedane ervaringen en kennis, wil ik graag met je delen en mijn diensten als ayurvedisch practitioner en healer, intuitie coach aanbieden. Sinds kort ook in het prachtige Limburgse land om dit aan te bieden.
Binnenkort zal ik ook groepslessen gaan geven in midden Limburg, in de vorm van een combinatie van ayurveda/yoga/meditatie. Deze CIRCLE MEETINGS, bieden een heling en ondersteuning voor de dagelijkse uitdagingen, waar we in het hedendaagse snelle leven mee te maken hebben. Koken is mijn passie en zal ook kookworkshops aan gaan bieden.
Ter ondersteuning met het visualiseren proces, geef ik binnenkort ook een dagcursus; “Mediteer en visualiseer, creëer je eigen VISIONBOARD”. Heerlijk een dagje samen knippen en plakken, creëren wat je graag wilt aantrekken in je leven. Samen met een begeleiding en meditatie, met een groep vorm geven aan je dromen. Inclusief een heerlijke ayurvedische lunch. Datum en meer info binnenkort bekent.
