Many new INFORMATIVE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS, for body, mind, soul and ayurveda are in the making! Restore Your Life will work again with much enthousiasm and lots of LOVE for many subjects. We will make shoots at most beautiful locations, and will take you around to my special places in the Netherlands.
One very exiting subject is……. more cooking lessons, that will be filmed from my own HOME!🌿🍃☘💃❤📽
We will show you more about ayurveda in the Netherlands, at the beautiful Ayurveda Centrum Roermond, from amazing Winant Spijkerman. The place in the south, where I am now giving consultations. Many more exiting ayurveda/yoga/meditation/cooking classes and special workshops coming up, so keep an eye on those events.

My father has been sharing some info about his experiences in World War II – 1939 to 1945. How he went through some challenging times with his family, who lived in the south, in Limburg. He liked the idea of me to write about it and make people aware and learn from these difficult times. How we became at times very animal like to fight or steal for anything. I will share some of his stories here.
The story will be about how he went with the family by train to the north of the Netherlands and arrived as an evacuee in the small town of Balk. To enjoy a house to be and to have food.
Last week we went to visit the place they fled to. The family was leaving Limburg, an area that had become too dangerous, no more food or shelter. They were lucky to be put on the trains to bring them to the north. They were welcomed by the people of Balk, in the provence of Friesland. So many evacuees were there. We found a lady of 101 last week on our visit that knew about those times! It is in the dutch language, but she remembers clearly those times and tells in the movie part about how they always had meat at the butchers, sharing all they had with many hungry fellow dutch people. Many did not have food for a long time. And how all rooms in everyones houses were occupied by the evacuees from all parts of the Netherlands!

One of our tresured castle in the Netherlands, the Muiderslot. This place has been used much for war and was the front castle, before the town of Amsterdam. I was guided to go there, and do some earth healing. Grateful that afterwards, it felt very peaceful around the castle.🕊
And such a beautiful blue skye day, very magical. 💃🕉
As a child I loved wondering around at special times, when we would visit the place with our guests. Loved it, they keep a very beautiful museum in there. I ❤ NETHERLANDS.
