When you are connected to earth, you will be able to release old stagnant energy. You will heal easier. For it will drain out from your body into earth. Its the easiest way to heal. When your wearing any rubber shoes or any material that blockes the flow, this proces cannot happen. Many cultures wear no shoes inside the house, this is also a very good habbit of releasing lower energy.
