The Vesica Pisces, two overlapping, intersecting spheres, is an ancient symbol used in Pagan culture, Christian symbolism and sacred geometry, as well as various other belief systems. It is considered the Universal Divine form for creation- the union of cause and effect.
The two overlapping circles represent the physical world and the ethereal world; the world of humans and matter and time on one side coupled with the spiritual, causal and eternal on the other. The section where they intersect is called the Vesica Pisces– “the bladder of the fish”; that is, the vessel that carries the water, literally of life.
Everything that is in our world of matter and time is created by action and thought from the causal and eternal world; all things must pass through the Etheric Field and over the bridge; between one world to the other in order to be.
This oval space between the circles, this Gateway between the worlds, is called the Akashic or Etheric Field. It is the “bridge between heaven and earth”. The Etheric Field carries vibrational frequencies, sound, color, Light. When we meditate and search the Spiritual Realms we approach the Gate. When we work with Healing Energies, Psychic energies, Mysticism and Magick we enter the Etheric Field and begin to co-create.
If we but trust, and be still we can connect with the Spiritual Realms by entering the Gateway. Whether we seek healing and changes, peace and comfort or guidance and belonging, attuning to the energies of the Chalice Well will help us .”

In this video, I want to share with you the importance of meditation. As we all have very busy lives and challenges to experience, we do need a moment to step back from all the hectic influences. We can practice to become the observers of our lives.
We all are seeking answers to our questions in life, how do we know what actionsteps to take?
What feels good for you, what direction do I need to go. The information that wants to speak to us, comes from your inside guidance.
Meditation is a grand tool to help you with this. It can calm your mind and your body. It helps you to move into new ideas, that support you on your lifes journey. When you are meditating, you will hear that inner voice better, as when you are too crowded in your mindset.
Meditation is a state of being, where you come into contact with your higher self, an inner contact is something you can learn to experience and practice.
