I AM delighted to bring you the insight of a very special ayurvedic pharmacy in Delhi.
It is a family run place, for many generations. I was amazed with all the beautiful and colorful natural plants, found in original dried state here. Organized and easy to prepare the medicine for all clients that come in.
With my 7 years of studying ayurveda from the books, it was a delight to be in an actual ayurvedic pharmacy. The knowledge of the family is being shared, and many people come and see these ayurvedic ways of healing themselves. They use many ayurvedic treatments to heal the body.
In this video I share with you the making of the recipe of my lymph oedema medicine, the plants they use for my right arm to be helping the flow of lymph fluids in a natural way. For all my lymph nodes have been removed, due to breast cancer.

NUTRITION AS YOUR MEDICIN, WISDOM FROM NATURE 🌶🥦🍅
We all know the statement; ‘You are what you eat’. And indeed it works that way, Literally and figuratively you react to what you take into your body! The trick is to look at food from the whole holistic aspect, after all, everything is connected together in nature. Nature gives you every sort of foods that has a function for your body. It is a complete proces to eat food and to feed your tissue layers and cells.
Indeed when you eat complete natural foods, this can support your metabolism and digestive capacities aswell. The basis of ayurvedic nutrition is to eat a variety of fresh and complete foods. With Complete foods, I am talking about “that which is as close as possible to the natural state’
Most nutrients therefore have a specific action or role for the body. The intelligence of the body and the information that the food carries, ensures optimal physical and mental function. Food is not just calories, its information. It talks to your dna en tells it what to do. 🌶🥦🍅
