When we heal ourselves, we are able to work from our male action, determination, and willingness.
Now the energy’s are changing and we are powerful creators of love and light, and we are now invited to combine this masculine energy together with our powerful loving female energy.
For the union within, creates magical healing on every level.
And so we create; POWERFUL IN A LOVING WAY energy. And creating from our hearts, is the new way to do this. The old way of manifesting something only with our actions…will not work anymore.
Involve your heart, your female.
We all have male and female energy in our body.

I AM delighted to bring you the insight of a very special ayurvedic pharmacy in Delhi.
It is a family run place, for many generations. I was amazed with all the beautiful and colorful natural plants, found in original dried state here. Organized and easy to prepare the medicine for all clients that come in.
With my 7 years of studying ayurveda from the books, it was a delight to be in an actual ayurvedic pharmacy. The knowledge of the family is being shared, and many people come and see these ayurvedic ways of healing themselves. They use many ayurvedic treatments to heal the body.
In this video I share with you the making of the recipe of my lymph oedema medicine, the plants they use for my right arm to be helping the flow of lymph fluids in a natural way. For all my lymph nodes have been removed, due to breast cancer.

Wow, always wanted to learn how to guide a horse from a carriage! And today BAAAAM it just came my way. I met a lady that wanted to teach me and she easily gave me the reins. And off we went into the beautiful forest of Limburg. Into the small lanes, and my favorite part was the hilly part, where we went into canter to make some speed…. to get up again. Woooohoooo….dreams come true and for me this was a big sign.
The funny thing is that normally your in contact with the body of the horse and now your guiding on another level. Very funny….just like life 😉. And yess that gypsywoman and cowboy feeling of past lifestyles, came back in my heart. Amazingly grateful.🙏🐴🐎🦄❤
