What does MANTRA mean? The whole of existence is a vibration, the whole of existence is sound. In this complex arrangement of sounds which we call creation, there are a few key sounds that can open up dimensions for you. These are referred to as mantras. If you use a particular mantra with the right sense of awareness, it can open up a completely new dimension of life for you.

October 2017; In the beautiful surroundings of the gardens of PDI in Raiwala of dr Anil Mehta, India we were making some shoots. It’s all for the video’s for Restore your life and the promoting of Ayurveda. Together with filmproducer Rishi Pathak and cameraman Jackie R. Bala we had a day of fun getting this all done. We also had a few colleges interviewed about ayurveda, thank you for sharing your wisdom about it.

When I got breast cancer, I did not know at that time that I was having a blessing. For it did change my life completely, I really had to step into it and become aware of how to be in full alignment with my true self. I AM sharing my first professionally made video, about my life as a modern gypsy and my challenges. My travels for 15 years and living in 5 different continents and cultures with my family. And how this process helped me to get out of my comfortzone. How all cultures helped me to see we are ONE, we just have different habbits and systems.
In that same period I went thrue my breastcancer treatments in 2002, but more about that in another professional video of the serie. You will see my bodyshape changed because of that imbalance. I share with you about my experiences as a child and how to deal with the disharmony in the world.
